The first year after having a baby comes with incredible changes, new demands, and a whole new relationship with your body. The New Mama Movement Series is designed to help you rebuild strength, move with confidence, and feel supported during your postpartum journey.
This drop in class series combines Pilates inspired movement, postpartum education, and practical strategies to help you navigate everyday motherhood with more comfort and confidence. Each class focuses on a different topic related to postpartum recovery, including how you move, lift, carry, feed, and return to exercise safely after baby.
Following the class, attendees may schedule a complimentary pelvic floor therapy evaluation!
