Dr. Lynn Gray-Meltzer
Dr. Lynn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Anthropology and Psychology from Middlebury College. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2014. She went on to do an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency, then became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) and Women’s/Pelvic Health (WCS). She has also completed certificates of achievement in pelvic and obstetrics PT through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through Klose Training. Lynn did her 200-hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher training through Soma Yoga Institute in 2023. She is working on an Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Certificate through Ginger Garner’s Living Well Institute and advanced perinatal training with Lynn Schulte’s Institute for Birth Healing. She is the president of the APTA MA Pelvic Health Special Interest Group.
Lynn works with patients of all genders and ages and treats all pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. She believes every patient has a unique story that needs to be carefully listened to and understood. Her approach is gentle and calming. She empowers patients to feel well educated about their condition and supports them throughout their wellness journey. She treats the whole body and can help a wide variety of orthopedic issues from head to toe.
Lynn enjoys working on various research projects such as Strength After Breast Cancer and pelvic health equity and access initiatives. Outside of work Lynn enjoys cooking, reading, jogging, electric biking and hiking with her kids and husband and quality time in the backyard with the family, dog and guinea pigs.

Sophie Nash, OTD, OTR/L
Sophie (she/her) earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Dance from SUNY the College at Brockport. She is certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and is a licensed and certified occupational therapist in Massachusetts. In addition to her occupational therapy certifications, she is an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist, Pilates instructor, and dance educator.
Outside of pelvic health, Sophie's clinical experience includes inpatient rehabilitation, school and community-based pediatrics, and inpatient mental health settings. Her occupational therapy approach is deeply collaborative, and rooted in occupational justice. She is invested in working creatively with clients with clients to create a holistic, evidence-based experience suited to their needs. She is excited to help clients achieve goals that are meaningful to them.

Aisha Yesufu
Aisha is an occupational therapist serving the greater Boston area, specializing in somatic‑based coping strategies, sensory‑based regulation, pelvic health, and trauma‑informed rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and served in the U.S. Army from 2019 to 2023 before completing her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) in 2025.She has completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Health Level 1, strengthening her foundation in pelvic floor assessment, treatment, and whole‑body rehabilitation.
Her clinical work centers on nervous system regulation, pelvic floor recovery, and integrative healing. She supports individuals experiencing pelvic pain, urinary urgency, pregnancy‑related discomfort, and postpartum recovery.Through individualized treatment , she empowers patients to build resilience, improve functional independence, and experience meaningful, lasting recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching comedy shows, music, musicals, and anime, and exploring new foods. -

Kaitlin Kean
Kaitlin earned her bachelor's degree from UMass Amherst in Kinesiology and Psychology and received her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Regis College. Kaitlin completed her Herman and Wallace level 1 pelvic floor therapy certification and believes in a holistic approach that considers each person's individuality.
Kaitlin is passionate about helping others achieve their unique goals in a manner most meaningful to them. As an Occupational Therapist for children and adolescents with various sensory needs, Kaitlin brings her knowledge to the clinic to facilitate comfortable and effective treatment. Outside of work Kaitlin enjoys walking, hiking, pilates, and spending time with friends and family. -

Laura Schembri, RDN
Laura Schembri is a Registered Dietitian. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Murray State University and her Master’s and Dietetic Internship in Nutrition and Food Science from Florida State University.
Laura has served as a dietitian in many capacities, including public school health, college instructor, weight management, ‘Women, Infants and Children’, and outpatient dietitian. With each role, it became clearer how important nutrition is at every stage of life.
As a mom who dealt with pregnancy and breastfeeding challenges, she is passionate about supporting women through their own journey of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
Her own health struggles brought her to functional nutrition and introduced to her a whole new approach to nutrition. She is a certified MRT/LEAP Therapist and has experience with the GI-MAP functional test. She has also completed advanced training with Mastering Gut Health by Health Takes Guts!
Laura is dedicated to finding the root cause of digestive and nutritional health problems and helping everyone nourish their body through nutrition.
