Dr. MicHelle Weeks
Dr. Michelle Weeks is the founder of Weeks Wellness. After starting her career in orthopedics focused on treating musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions, she developed a strong interest in pelvic health, fertility, postpartum, and pregnancy physical therapy. She believes in a whole-body treatment approach and is passionate about helping people reach their optimal level of function. Her treatment philosophy balances proven manual therapy techniques with therapeutic exercise prescriptions individually designed for each patient to achieve their goals.
Dr. Weeks has gone through the CAPP-Pelvic program through the APTA and became a Board Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist, one of about 500 in the country. Dr. Weeks has also received certification in dry needling through Master Dry Needling. She received a Functional Fertility Certification through A4M and training from Next Level Functional Nutrition. She has obtained advanced training in the areas of visceral and neural manipulation through the Barral Institute, Mercier Therapy Certification for fertility, myofascial release, taping, pregnancy, and postpartum through the Institute for Birth Healing, Male Pelvic Pain with Gerard Greene, McKenzie assessment and management of spine and joint conditions and gynecological visceral mobilization. Through continuing education, she continuously advances her skills. She enjoys spending time with her family traveling, hiking, biking, running, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Dr. MicHelle Weeks earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University and her BacHelor of Science in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University.
Laura Schembri
Laura Schembri is a Registered Dietitian. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Murray State University and her Master’s and Dietetic Internship in Nutrition and Food Science from Florida State University.
Laura has served as a dietitian in many capacities, including public school health, college instructor, weight management, ‘Women, Infants and Children’, and outpatient dietitian. With each role, it became clearer how important nutrition is at every stage of life.
As a mom who dealt with pregnancy and breastfeeding challenges, she is passionate about supporting women through their own journey of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
Her own health struggles brought her to functional nutrition and introduced to her a whole new approach to nutrition. She is a certified MRT/LEAP Therapist and has experience with the GI-MAP and other functional tests. She has also completed advanced training with Mastering Gut Health by Health Takes Guts! and Next Level Functional Nutrition. Laura is dedicated to finding the root cause of digestive and nutritional health problems and helping everyone nourish their body through nutrition.
Melissa Harris
Melissa Harris, OTR/L, CLT, PRPC is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida and Georgia and a lifelong native of Tallahassee. She earned a bachelor of science degree from Florida A & M University in 1998 and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2020. Melissa has received her pelvic floor training via Herman and Wallace and has received the prestigious Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. Melissa is also trained in visceral and neural manipulation from the Barral Institute. She has taken the Institute of Birth Healing Holistic Treatment of the Postpartum Body, Jerry Hesch’s SI course, and is trained in Pessary fitting and management. Melissa specializes in a whole-body treatment approach for all adults.
Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, Melissa worked for the Florida Department of Labor, Vocational Rehabilitation, where she recognized a need and passion that could be pursued through the practice of Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing occupational therapy for 25 years working in skilled nursing, outpatient rehab, mental health, and home health settings.
Melissa has enjoyed a career of helping clients achieve improved quality of life and independence through a holistic approach to care. She looks forward to bringing her experience in Occupational Therapy and lymphedema management and pelvic floor training to you.
Dr. Hollis (Holly) Herman
Dr. Hollis Herman (Holly) has been a physical therapist for 50 years and is currently retired. She has pioneered physical therapy evaluation and treatment of problems that involve urologic, colorectal, obstetric, gynecologic, and sexual medicine.
Holly has authored numerous books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed articles. She has received numerous grants and awards for her dedication and work in physical therapy. Holly co-founded the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In 2012, the Institute will offer 45 courses on women’s and men’s health, pelvic and pelvic floor function, dysfunction, and treatment worldwide. Holly believes all patients deserve to be heard, validated, understood, and educated about their musculoskeletal condition.
Dr. Sophia Burdick
Sophia Bubrick OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist specializing in women’s health and pediatrics, dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan through a holistic and evidence-based approach to care. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015 and has since gained diverse clinical experience in acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and pediatrics.
Her passion for women’s health began prior to graduate school while working as a therapy aide and has remained a central focus throughout her career. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, with a dissertation focused on postnatal health, further deepening her expertise in the physical, mental, and functional challenges experienced during the postpartum period. She integrates advanced training in visceral manipulation into her practice, emphasizing a whole-person approach to wellness. Her care is rooted in compassion and collaboration, empowering clients through individualized treatment that supports not only physical function, but also the interconnected aspects of emotional and lifestyle health.
Dr. Lynn Gray-Meltzer
Dr. Lynn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Anthropology and Psychology from Middlebury College. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2014. She went on to do an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency, then became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) and Women’s/Pelvic Health (WCS). She has also completed certificates of achievement in pelvic and obstetrics PT through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through Klose Training. Lynn did her 200-hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher training through Soma Yoga Institute in 2023. She is working on an Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Certificate through Ginger Garner’s Living Well Institute and advanced perinatal training with Lynn Schulte’s Institute for Birth Healing. She is the president of the APTA MA Pelvic Health Special Interest Group.
Lynn works with patients of all genders and ages and treats all pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. She believes every patient has a unique story that needs to be carefully listened to and understood. Her approach is gentle and calming. She empowers patients to feel well educated about their condition and supports them throughout their wellness journey. She treats the whole body and can help a wide variety of orthopedic issues from head to toe.
Lynn enjoys working on various research projects such as Strength After Breast Cancer and pelvic health equity and access initiatives. She likes to get out in the community to lead educational workshops because while at least half of people suffer from a pelvic health disorder in their lifetime they tend to suffer in silence. Outside of work Lynn enjoys cooking, reading, jogging, electric biking and hiking with her kids and husband and quality time in the backyard with the family, dog and guinea pigs.

Dr. Melissa Kate Urrutia
Dr. Melissa Kate Urrutia is a dedicated pelvic health physical therapist with a comprehensive background in various aspects of physical and mental wellness.
Dr. Urrutia’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, followed by a Master of Education in Counseling. She then pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to address a wide range of physical health issues. Her expertise is further bolstered by specialized training in pelvic health rehabilitation from Herman and Wallace, and attaining a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise specialist certification ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
In addition to her primary focus on pelvic health, Dr. Urrutia holds a certificate in vestibular rehabilitation, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. These qualifications enable her to provide comprehensive care tailored specifically for her patient’s unique conditions.
Dr. Urrutia has a particular interest in the role of pelvic health in fitness, wellness, and sport. She is committed to helping her patients achieve optimal health and performance, whether they are managing postpartum recovery or training for athletic pursuits. Her approach is patient-centered, emphasizing individualized care plans that promote long-term wellness and active living.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Urrutia enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new and exciting destinations, practicing yoga, and participating in triathlons. These personal interests not only enrich her life but also enhance her understanding of the diverse needs of her patients.

Dr. Jamie sorenson, MD
Dr. Sorenson (she/her/hers) is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She attended undergraduate at Florida State University and medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She trained in psychiatry residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Dr. Sorenson worked in Denver before returning to Tallahassee in 2020. She is originally from Central Florida. Dr. Sorenson worked in multiple settings: inpatient, homeless outreach, telemedicine, community mental health and private practice.
Dr. Sorenson has special interests in Women's Mental Health/Reproductive Psychiatry, LGBTQI Mental Health, Climate Psychiatry, HIV/AIDs Mental Health, Addictions/Substance Use Disorders, and Psychedelic Psychiatry. Dr. Sorenson is a member of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) and is a co-chair for the APA Climate Caucus. She is also a member of the International Society of Reproductive Psychiatry.
Dr. Sorenson is on faculty at FSU College of Medicine and UCF College of Medicine. Dr. Sorenson is licensed in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado. She is willing to see patients for telemedicine in all licensed states, however, she will only prescribe controlled substances for patients seen in the state of Florida.
Dr. Kimberly Norton
Kim was born and raised in Somerville, and is excited to be working close to the community where she grew up. She graduated from the Honors Program at UMASS Boston with her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Health Science in 2012, where she earned recognition for her work with individuals with disabilities. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2016, where her graduate capstone won her division of the Research Innovation and Scholarship Expo.
She started her career in a combined orthopedic and aquatic therapy practice until her experience as a pelvic health patient sparked her interest in pursuing the specialty in 2018.
Kim sees patients of all genders and has a particular interest in the treatment of bowel related pelvic floor dysfunction. She lights up when she can help someone understand how the pelvic floor muscles work and how it affects their specific symptoms and loves educating patients, students, and other providers on all things pelvic health. She values working on a multidisciplinary team, where providers of different specialties all come together to improve the lives of their patients. She has extensive lecturing experience, including guest lecturing at several DPT programs in the Boston area, being a teaching assistant for the Advanced Management of Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndromes course in 2019, and lecturing and treating patients in Nairobi, Kenya with the Jackson Clinics Foundations’ “Train One, Teach Many” project. She has served as a clinical mentor for fledgling pelvic health providers both locally and internationally, and has advanced training in endometriosis, dry needling, and bowel dysfunction. She has completed Sarah Duvall’s Pelvis Pro course.
In her free time, Kim can often be found reading by the fireplace with her husband while cuddling with their rescue dog, Max. She enjoys volunteering at parkrun, crafting, and singing and dancing to Taylor Swift.
Dr. Megen Myers
Dr. Myers is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 11 years of experience specializing in adult rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ashland University, a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University, and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Chatham University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Myers has developed extensive experience working with adults across diverse healthcare settings. She has a growing professional interest in women’s health, including pelvic floor, pregnancy, postpartum care, and maternal mental health. Her therapeutic philosophy emphasizes holistic, evidence-based, and client-centered care that supports individuals in achieving functional independence and overall well-being.
Dr. Myers’ research and scholarly interests focus on maternal mental health, particularly the experience of “mom guilt” and the evolving role identity of mothers. She is also actively involved in community initiatives and remains dedicated to lifelong learning, professional development, and advancing the field of occupational therapy through her work in academia.
Susan MasteR
Susan Master is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University’s School of Health and Medical Sciences and has worked across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and long-term care.
Throughout her career, Susan has developed expertise in rehabilitation and functional recovery, with a growing specialization in pelvic floor therapy. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals improve quality of life through evidence-based interventions and meaningful activities. Currently, she is advancing her professional practice by pursuing a certification in pelvic floor therapy through Herman and Wallace.

Minda McCullough-Yray
Minda McCullough-Yray, MS, ATC OPE-C, is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer with more than a decade of experience supporting athletes and physically active individuals in a variety of settings. She holds certification through the Board of Certification (BOC) and is licensed in the state of Florida. She obtained her Orthopedic Physician Extender Certification (OPE-C) from the Nation Board for Certification in the Orthopedic Specialties (NBCOS).
Minda earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from Fresno State University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Post-Professional Athletic Training from the University of Kentucky’s College of Health Sciences, where her thesis focused on modifiable risk factors to anterior cruciate ligament tears.
Her clinical experience includes working with NCAA Division I and II collegiate athletics, secondary schools, and outpatient orthopaedic clinics. She has advanced training in manual therapies including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping therapy, low-level laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and dry needling.
Minda has developed a holistic philosophy of care that emphasizes evaluating, rehabilitating, and preventing injuries with the whole body in mind, always centering patient needs and goals. Her approach is informed by both personal recovery experiences and ongoing advances in evidence-based medicine. She values strength training as a means to support long-term bone health, reduce fall risk, and prevent fractures, and she understands how individualized, progressive care can restore both function and confidence. Her own postpartum journey of returning to activity further strengthened her commitment to blending science, empathy, and patient experience in practice.
Outside of her clinical work, Minda enjoys riding her Peloton, running, and spending time with her husband and very active son.
Dr. Jennie Martinez
Jennie Martinez, OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health, with a focus on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where her doctoral research explored the impact of postpartum recovery on daily life and the functional challenges women experience after childbirth.
Jennie’s passion for women’s health began early in her career and has continued to grow through hands-on experience and community involvement. She has worked closely with postpartum individuals, including completing additional training alongside a doula and serving as a postpartum community manager, where she supported and educated women navigating the transition into motherhood.
She treats a wide range of pelvic health conditions across the lifespan, including pregnancy and postpartum-related concerns, pelvic pain, urinary urgency, frequency and incontinence, bowel dysfunction, diastasis recti, core and pelvic floor dysfunction, return-to-exercise concerns, and persistent symptoms that have not fully resolved with traditional care.
Jennie takes a root-cause, whole-body approach to treatment, looking beyond symptoms to understand how the body’s systems work together. She incorporates a nervous system-informed lens, recognizing the role of the central nervous system in pain, muscle coordination, and healing. Her care emphasizes individualized, functional treatment that supports not only physical recovery, but also confidence, education, and long-term wellness.
She is currently pursuing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) Certification, further advancing her expertise in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and return to activity.
Originally from Miami, Jennie now lives in Colorado with her husband and their two dogs, Riley and Daisy. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, working out, cheering on the Miami Dolphins, and exploring local coffee shops.
